We hope you are enjoying your summer before classes start.  Our first day of the new semester is Wednesday, August 28, 2019.  Please see below for important Orientation dates for ALL INCOMING students.  

IMPORTANT:
All International students must attend the International Graduate Orientation (IGO) held by the Office of Global Services (OGS)
 

MANDATORY orientations FOR ALL INCOMING STUDENTS:

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

Office of Global Services - Immigration Document Review
All International students are required to complete an Immigration Document Review with an IS advisor.

The review process takes about 15 minutes per student at the Office of Global Services, located in the Car Barn building, Suite 210.  Students are served on a first-come, first-served basis.  Wait times for an advisor may last up to 30 minutes.  

*Bring Passport with visa and the DS-2019 or I-20 Form, depending on your visa type. *

Spring Walk-In Hours: 
January 2 - May 17
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 1 pm - 3 pm 

Summer Walk-In Hours:
May 20 - August 16
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 1 pm - 3 pm 

Fall Walk-In Hours:
August 22 Onwards 
*No walk-in hours on Monday, August 19th, Tuesday, August 21st*
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 1 pm - 4 pm
Wednesdays: 10 am - 1 pm
