(August 27, 2020) – The Department of Biostatistics, Bioinformatics and Biomathematics (DBBB) faculty and staff welcomed new incoming students at the annual Department Orientation.
This year’s orientation was held entirely online via Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic. New students attended virtually from various locations within the US or abroad. Specifically, 16 masters students and 2 doctorate students will start their respective programs in Fall 2020.
Our graduate programs continue to grow as the M.S. Program in Biostatistics enters its 14th year and the Ph.D. Program in Biostatistics enters its 4th year.
We wish all incoming and returning students a successful start to the 2020-2021 academic year at Georgetown University!
