ComStat R (Shiny) package
The ComStat R (Shiny) package is to generate experimental design for drug combination studies, namely, select combinations based on a statistical model for laboratory experiments. After the experiment is performed, the package will perform statistical analysis of the drug combination data, yielding dose-response, contour plots and identify combinations that are synergistic.
