Systems Biology

Our systems biology group provides integrated data visualization and analysis in the context of biological pathways and networks. We provide services including data integration, pathway and network analysis and visualization. To support cutting edge research, we put a special emphasis on implementing/developing systems biology frameworks and models for integrative analysis of genomic, epigenomic, proteomic, metabolomic, imaging and clinical data to identifying key molecules driving pathophysiology.
